1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this service.

2. Service Description

This service provides invoicing software tools for creating, managing, and tracking invoices. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • Using the service only for lawful purposes
  • Ensuring all invoices and financial documents comply with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • Creating and maintaining your own backups of your data

4. DISCLAIMERS AND WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF INVOICE CALCULATIONS, TAX COMPUTATIONS, OR FINANCIAL DATA
  • NO WARRANTY OF UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE
  • NO WARRANTY REGARDING THIRD-PARTY SERVICES (STRIPE, SUPABASE, ETC.)
  • NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE COMPLIES WITH ALL LAWS AND REGULATIONS IN YOUR JURISDICTION

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE PROVIDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities; Errors in invoice calculations or tax computations; Financial losses due to incorrect invoices; Damages resulting from service interruptions or data loss; Any claims by third parties.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the service provider, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data you input into the service.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BACKING UP YOUR DATA. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DATA LOSS OR CORRUPTION.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the service are owned by the service provider and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the data and content you create using the service.

9. Payment Terms

The Pro plan requires a one-time payment of $24.90 USD. All payments are processed through Stripe and are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but price changes will not affect existing Pro users.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may delete your account and data at any time through the service interface.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the service provider is located, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
